Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
If you wish to change your mind, you have a total of 30 days to return your order to us in perfect condition: firstly, you must notify us of your wish to cancel by e-mail to contact@mycoho.fr within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return your order using the returns form included in your parcel.
Please note that in the event that the returned material is not in perfect condition, Coho reserves the right, at its own discretion, not to refund the full amount of the order, to the extent of the damage noted.
